• Expert Object Oriented / PHP skills 
• Experience with at least one web framework such as Symfony, Zend, Rails, etc. 
• Expert database/MySQL skills 
• Experienced with Linux and web hosting environments 
• Advanced Ajax/Javascript skills 
• iOS or Android development skills a plus 
• 3-4+ years commercial experience (or world beating talent) 
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in computer science 
• Examples of your elegant and masterful code 
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills 
• Team-oriented and collaborative 
• Positive energy and enthusiasm! 
• Mild caffeine addiction and decent taste in music
